1. Services Provided

ABC2GCSE offers online tutoring services for students preparing for their GCSE exams. Our services include group classes and educational resources provided through our programmes.

 

2. Eligibility to use our services,

you must be at least 11 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all information provided when registering for our services is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Our services are available term time only.

 

3. Payment Terms

All payments for tutoring services must be made in advance via PayPal. We offer the following payment plans: Pay-per-session and block booking can both be facilitated, Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

 

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Session Scheduling: Sessions are to be scheduled via email/contact form through the website. You must book your sessions at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee and we cannot guarantee a space will be available for you in future sessions.

 

5. Code of Conduct

Students and tutors must behave respectfully during sessions. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services without refund. 

All students and tutors must keep their cameras on during the lesson.

Inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of service.

Our staff and students have the right to work in a respectful and kind environment no form of discrimination will be tolerated (gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion or beliefs) and will lead to immediate removal from the group and termination of the service, any payment made if terminated from the sessions for this reason is non refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the tutoring sessions (including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and teaching materials) are the intellectual property of ABC2GCSE. These materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared, sold, or distributed without permission.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy                          . By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our privacy policy.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

ABC2GCSE is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical issues, learning outcomes, or personal interactions. We make no guarantees regarding the results of tutoring sessions.

 

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in cases where sessions were cancelled by ABC2GCSE or due to technical issues preventing the completion of a session. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled session.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
